The Guide to Catholic Health Care Providers in Michigan was compiled to assist the public in locating Catholic health care providers faithful to Catholic teaching. They may or may not be members of the Catholic Medical Association. Each health care provider listed in this guide has signed the following statement:

“I hereby certify that I am a practicing Catholic and that I accept all the truths of the Catholic faith. I promise to respect the teachings of the Catholic Church in my medical practice, and I will not advocate, perform, or refer for any procedures contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ as proclaimed by His Holy Catholic Church. I certify that everything stated in this application is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.”
